Realtor/Broker Registration

Silverado Homes welcomes all Michigan realtors and brokers. Please complete the form below to pre-register your client. For build to order contracts, Silverado Homes will pay registered realtor/broker a commission of 2.5% of the base house price exclusive of lot cost, options, upgrades and premiums when and if all of the following occur:

• Prospect has not previously contacted Silverado Homes via email, phone or through our website, registered with Silverado Homes or visited our communities prior to registration
• Realtor/broker completes registration and provides a copy of the Buyer Agency agreement prior to the scheduled first appointment
• Registering realtor/broker schedules appointment with a Silverado sales representative
• Prospect confirms they are being represented by the registering realtor/broker
• Realtor/broker must be present at first appointment and subsequent consultations when requested by a Silverado sales representative
