Construction Laborer

Silverado Homes has an immediate opening for a Construction Laborer. This position is responsible for supporting the Jobsite Superintendent in managing residential projects for our Oxford neighborhood. Primary duties include job site preparation, job site clean-up and miscellaneous construction related tasks. Full-time or Part-time candidates will be considered.

General Requirements and Qualifications

·        Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks

·        Ability to work outdoors year-round - sometimes in extreme weather conditions

·        Able to work independently

·        Positive attitude and work ethic

·        Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license required
